All rates are based on single or double occupancy. We can typically accommodate a third person in a room and the charge for this is an additional $30 per night. We do have seasonal specials on rates.

Reservations
To confirm your reservation, a minimum deposit equal to 50% of the total is required. Your credit card deposit is processed at the time of booking. We do not accept personal checks. Final payment is due upon arrival.

GUEST POLICIES

Cancellation/Refunds
We charge an administrative fee of $25 for cancellations. Cancellations in respect of any part of your booking must be received at least 30 days prior to date booked for check-in, otherwise we charge at the full rate for your reserved stay. We always rebook the room if we can and refund you the money received.

Check-in
Check-in time is from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. If you will be arriving after 6:00 pm, you must call to make arrangements. Check-Out time is 11:00 am.

No Smoking
For the safety and the comfort of others, smoking is prohibited in any part of the inn and also on our grounds.

Pets
We will consider pets accommodating pets on a case by case basis, but please note they are not allowed in the common areas. We may also be able to recommend a boarding facility nearby for your pet.

Children
Your well behaved children over 8 are welcome!

Traveling with Horses?
On a limited basis we are able to accommodate your horses. We charge $50 per night per horse and this includes daily clean out of stalls. If you are not bringing feed with you, we can provide Bermuda and alfalfa at our cost. You can ride directly into the stunning trails of the Saguaro National Park just yards from our property by riding straight out our front gate. The trails are absolutely stunning in terms of views, vegetation and variety.

Directions
Below are three views of our location. We are ideally located for day or half-day trips to Tubac, which is a 30 minute drive south of the inn, and to birding sites south of Tucson. It is an easy drive of little over an hour to Benson and Tombstone. We find that our guests use The SunCatcher as their base for enjoying Tucson and for touring the immediate region.

From Phoenix
From I-10 to Tucson, take the Congress/Broadway exit. At the end of the ramp, turn left (east) onto Broadway.

Follow Broadway east. In about 13 miles you will cross Houghton. Continue on Broadway, and in another 2 miles you will cross Freeman. Stay on Broadway another 1/3 mile, and you'll see Avenida Javelina on the left.

Turn left onto Avenida Javelina. Ours is the second driveway on the left, about 500 feet from Broadway. Drive right up to the front door of our bed and breakfast!

From the Tucson Airport
Leaving the airport, turn right onto Valencia. Follow Valencia for 10 miles until it ends at Houghton.

Turn left onto Houghton and drive for 7 miles until it intersects Broadway.

Turn right onto Broadway. In another 2 miles you will cross Freeman. Drive another 1/3 mile and you'll see Avenida Javalina on the left.

Turn left onto Avenida Javelina. Ours is the second driveway on the left, about 500 feet from Broadway. Drive right up to the front door of the SunCatcher!
